Restore balance in a dedicated wellness environment designed to help you slow down and reset. This zone features the Bathhouse, including a magnesium pool, cold plunge pool, and sauna to support relaxation and recovery.
Recovery
Support recovery between sessions with targeted tools designed to help the body restore. This zone includes the Recovery Room, featuring red light therapy and compression boots to assist circulation and muscle recovery.
